Preorders and Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. 

All sales are final once item has shipped on all trading card game products.

Refunds due to lost product
If a product fails to be delivered due to postal service handling then you will receive a refund. If tracking shows as item is delivered then a refund will not be possible.

Exceptions to refund policy
Non-TCG products such as deck boxes, sleeves, playmats, etc may be returned for a refund (at customer shipping expense).
